My Passions
& Personality

continued learning at California State University, Long Beach

In the Fall of 2024, I transferred to CSULB to complete my Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I'll be continuing to immerse myself in upper division engineering courses that will continue to provide me both foundational understanding and specialized exposure in the concepts of engineering. I'll also be continuing my pursuit of extracurricular opportunities. I've joined the Society of Women Engineers to continue my passion for creating safe spaces for Women to thrive and collaborate with one another in STEM fields. I'll also embark on continuing my passion for contributing to research in the field of rehabilitative technologies, like the Spinal Chord Stimulation research I contributed to at The University of Washington

Early education at Santa Monica College (SMC)

Starting my engineering education in Santa Monica, I interested myself in the many resources that SMC provided engineering students. In addition to the standard classes that provided me foundations in physics, mathematics, and chemistry, I participated in the STEM Honors Program where I utilized tutoring services and networking events. This Honors program provided me exposure to seek internship and lab opportunities like the Semiconductor Fabrication experience seen on my Portfolio page. I was also an active member in the Woman in STEM club which uplifted and supported women and other underrepresented minorities in pursuing STEM education.

What I've done & what I can do
